About Us

Hope Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. While we hold that Holy Scripture is the final authority in matters of faith and life, we are also a Reformed confessional church, adhering to the Westminster Standards as describing and “containing the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scriptures.” To view the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms to which we subscribe, click here.

We are located in Marietta, Georgia at the intersection of Sandy Plains and Wigley Roads. While our address is 4101 Sandy Plains Road, the driveway into our property is accessed from Wigley Road. For a map to reach our facility, please click here.

We offer Sunday morning worship at 11:00 a.m., while our Sunday school classes for all ages begin at 9:45 a.m. A quality nursery facility and both paid and volunteer staff are available during our Sunday ministries.

Hope has an active women’s ministry in which all the women in the church are encouraged to minister to one another, the congregation, and the wider community through fellowship, service, and charitable giving.

Our ministry group for active adults beginning at 55—called Silver Hope—meets frequently for lunch and fellowship. This group regularly organizes area trips and outings to places of interest in Georgia. There are also opportunities for Silver Hope members to serve in other ministries of the church.

There are also various prayer and Bible study groups organized to meet a variety of scheduling and specific ministry needs. Contact our church office at 770-971-4673 and leave a message. We will get back to you with more details about opportunities and current meeting times
